Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 year in a managerial role in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications; knowledge ofSAP is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills are required; knowledge of asecond foreign language is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

Job Description:

• Build and coordinate the development of a new product portfolio in line with company goals and theStrategic Business Development Plan.
• Initiate and manage business development projects such asin-licensing, out-licensing, contract manufacturing,outsourcing, co-development, co-marketing,joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis related to the projects and report findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct negotiations with potential business partners and ensure the sustainability and efficiency of existing business relationships and manage related contract processes.
• Track the progress of both new and ongoing projects and coordinate internal departments accordingly.
