Business Development Specialist – Education Sales (Germany-Focused)

Allowance: Travel Reimbursement + Performance-Based Commission (in Euros)


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Specialist – Education Sales with a strong background in international student recruitment across the Turkey, and Iran. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with education recruitment partners, agencies, and institutional alliances, with a focus on placing students into full-time programs in Germany.


Key Responsibilities:

  • International Student Recruitment: Drive student enrollments for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in Germany by engaging prospective students across the Turkey, and Iran.
  • Agency & Partner Collaboration: Build and manage strategic partnerships with local education recruitment agencies, school counselors, and institutional partners in the target regions.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Deliver measurable business growth in key international markets.
  • Institutional Alliances: Establish and nurture collaborations with high schools, colleges, and private educational institutions for pipeline development and referral partnerships.
  • Market Development: Lead outreach efforts such as seminars, info sessions, webinars, and student engagement campaigns to generate leads and promote brand visibility.
  • Student Consultation: Advise students and families on studying in Germany, covering application requirements, visa support, and the benefits of higher education in Europe.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and optimize sales strategies to maximize student conversion and partner productivity.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international student recruitment or education sales, preferably in Germany-bound education programs.
  • Demonstrated success working with recruitment agencies, school networks, and education partners in the Turkey, and Iran.
  • Excellent understanding of higher education systems, especially German admissions processes and requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
