Currently, they are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a sales-driven mindset and passion for technology, who will play a key role in expanding the company's Industry 4.0 offering, which includes CNC automation and their UpKip platform, designed to optimize machine performance through real-time monitoring and analytics.


Primary Duties:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IoT domain
  • Actively reach out to potential customers and partners to promote our services and solutions
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic B2B clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closing
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with internal tech leads for successful partnerships and business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying cross- and up-sell potential
  • Track and report on business development activities, market trends, and pipeline performance
  • Follow on clear objectives and strategic goals for business development activities
  • Drive business growth by setting ambitious yet achievable goals and executing with precision


Your Expertise:


  • Experience in business development, sales, or client management roles
  • Background in IT or tech-related industries; knowledge in Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to spot and act on business opportunities
  • Curiosity and adaptability – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
