You'll be part of a dynamic, performance-driven team delivering end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions across ANZ—helping Australian businesses compete on the global stage.


The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our Australian customer base. You’ll lead strategic sales efforts across international freight forwarding, warehousing, and integrated logistics—backed by state-of-the-art facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland, and a global digital platform that provides full visibility across the supply chain.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business acquisition with Australian mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Sell tailored, end-to-end supply chain solutions, including international air/ocean freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
  • Represent a global brand with the credibility and capability to win blue-chip accounts
  • Navigate complex commercial discussions with senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and tech teams to deliver solutions that work in real-world business conditions
  • Track your pipeline, performance, and forecasts via Salesforce and provide key insights to leadership


You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, with deep expertise in international freight forwarding
  • Strong understanding of Australian logistics, compliance, and commercial practices
  • A well-developed local network across FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or similar industries
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
  • Confidence engaging senior executives in Australian enterprise businesses
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a solutions-focused approach to complex sales
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital logistics platforms
