You must deeply understand Japanese market characteristics, balance compliance requirements with business goals, and possess cross-cultural collaboration skills and data-driven thinking to provide core support for the localization of the group’s services in either **consumer finance & credit (strategic direction)** or **cross-border mobile payments (operational direction)**. Working languages: Japanese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.



一、Financial Product Strategy BD (Consumer Finance & Credit Tech Direction)

#### Core Responsibilities

1. **Strategic Planning & Business Model Design** 📊

- Lead market research on Japanese consumer finance, analyzing industry policies, competitor dynamics, and user needs to develop scalable credit product business models (e.g., personal consumer loans, corporate financing services). Deliver feasibility reports and ROI calculations.

- Design end-to-end credit solutions covering marketing acquisition, risk assessment model development, pricing strategies, capital-side partnerships (e.g., banks/financial institutions), and compliance framework building. Drive cross-departmental integration (risk control, product, technology) for implementation.


2. **Key Partner Management** 🤝

- Build and maintain strategic alliances with banks, fintech companies, regulators, and government bodies. Lead C-level negotiations to secure policy support and premium resources (e.g., funding channels, data compliance authorizations).

- Develop localized compliance plans aligned with Japanese regulations (e.g., **Lending Business Act**, **Personal Information Protection Law**) to ensure products meet data security, privacy, and financial regulatory standards.

- Manage local Japanese acquirers, develop annual partnership plans, and drive their integration into cross-border mobile payment systems. Optimize transaction processes and pricing strategies to enhance acquirer efficiency and merchant satisfaction.

- Lead 2B/2C merchant expansion across scenarios (cross-border consumption, travel, retail). Design tiered merchant operation strategies (e.g., customized partnerships for key merchants, bulk onboarding for SMEs) and incentive programs (marketing subsidies, traffic support) to boost merchant numbers and transaction volume.


2. **End-to-End Marketing & Project Management** 🚀

- Collaborate with local marketing teams to策划cross-border merchant campaigns (e.g., travel season promotions, cross-border consumption subsidies). Manage full-cycle execution from merchant negotiation and contract signing to technical integration and campaign launch, ensuring marketing goals are met.

- 搭建并维护与银行、金融科技公司、监管机构、政府部门的战略联盟,主导C-level高层谈判,争取政策支持与优质资源,如资金渠道拓展、数据合规授权。

- 针对消费金融行业监管要求,如日本《贷金业法》《个人信息保护法》,设计本地化合规方案,确保产品符合日本数据安全、隐私保护及金融监管标准。
