Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development & Enterprise Sales (BDES) Manager to lead our enterprise hiring partnerships. Your core mission will be to connect with CTOs, engineering managers, tech recruiters, and startup founders—understand their hiring challenges—and offer them a vetted engineering talent and AI-driven recruitment solutions as the answer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with engineering leadership and talent acquisition heads.
  • Pitch them a value proposition, including our talent pipeline and tech-enabled hiring solutions.
  • Own the entire sales funnel: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the placement and product teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Represent them at hiring events, webinars, and conferences to grow our brand among tech recruiters.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B talent partnerships, or recruitment solutions.
  • A strong network or track record of engaging with tech hiring stakeholders (CTOs, EMs, recruiters).
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a high bias for action and ownership.
  • Experience at working at the speed and ambiguity of a fast-moving, growth-stage YC startup is a strong plus
  • Experience with CRM tools and structured reporting is a plus.
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, HRTech, or fast-paced startup environments is a strong advantage.
