Work Timings: 12:30 PM-9:30PM IST (UK Shift) / 5.30PM to 2.30AM IST (US Shift)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clienteles in UK / US/ Australia. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
About the role:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
- Establish & extend the company’s market leadership through effective contributions towards
- Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
- Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have experience in lead generation into the International B2B market with self-motivated go-getter ability to work with utmost efficiency. He should be an excellent communicator, open to explore the market, identify the potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline. He/she should establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers of clients.
Note : Candidate must have an experience to cater International market (US/UK/AU) and Domain should be Financial Services
