Crawlspace Medic of the Upstate is a locally owned and operated foundation repair contractor based in Greenville, SC. We specialize in diagnosing and repairing crawl spaces and basements—addressing complex moisture issues, floor system damage, and structural problems. Our services include encapsulation, French drain installation, sump pump installation, humidity control, and structural repair.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the Upstate market. This is a full-time, high-impact role for a motivated and relational leader who thrives in both sales and strategy. You’ll represent Crawlspace Medic as a brand ambassador, build and maintain referral partnerships, and sell our services through in-home inspections and accurate quoting.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of two worlds—connecting trusted, skilled trade work with the professionalism and expectations of our white-collar partners like real estate agents, homebuilders, and property management professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, home service providers, and other community partners
  • Conduct detailed crawl space and basement inspections multiple times per week, diagnosing structural and moisture issues
  • Provide clear, professional repair recommendations and quotes to homeowners
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking
  • Serve as the link between our production team and referral partners, translating field expertise into clear, client-focused communication
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure pricing, service quality, and project alignment
  • Stay informed on local market conditions and share updates with leadership
  • Represent Crawlspace Medic with professionalism, technical credibility, and a service-first mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in construction, home services, or small business environments is a plus
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with mobile tools, email, and CRM platforms

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary + bonus: $70,000–$115,000+ annually, depending on experience
  • Monthly sales and profit-sharing bonuses
