We are very reputable Telecoms & IT company who supply, install and maintain telephone systems, Cloud/VoIP solutions as well as network services and IT Services and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our progressive company at an exciting time of growth.

We are looking for someone from an IT / Telecoms background, preferably from a managed service provider and someone with strong new business experience.

If you’re the BDM that we are looking for, you’ll be driven, organised, an excellent communicator and have a successful sales performance. You will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitching our products and services to prospective clients
• Creating and organising appointments
• New business sales selling into businesses across all industry sectors
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with partners
• Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of activity
• Promoting the company and maintaining our company message at all opportunities

Skills:

• Previous experience in new business sales or business development role is essential
• An excellent professional telephone manner
• Well presented, confident and enthusiastic attitude
• A friendly, personable and positive approach to prospective clients
• A self-starter with the hunger and drive to achieve great results
• Strong communications skills and ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
• Full Driving Licence essential
