We're a fast-growing property management company in DFW looking for a Business Development Manager to help us scale and double in revenue over the next 9 months. This role is critical to our growth strategy—and you’ll be on the front lines of making it happen.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage property owners, investors, and real estate professionals to generate new business
- Develop strategic partnerships with local real estate agents, brokerages, and developers
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to onboarding
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies
- Track KPIs and report on lead conversions and growth trends
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (property management or real estate industry preferred)
- Strong local network and knowledge of the DFW real estate market
- Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Results-driven mindset and a hunger to grow with a company on the rise
