This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Foreign Corporate) located in Yangon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with foreign corporate clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and understanding market trends to provide tailored solutions. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships.

• Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry and Products is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
