We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our polyurethane and other business in Colombia, Peru and central America. The ideal candidate will be good at communication, possess extensive knowledge of the polyurethane market (PMDI, TDI, POLYOL and system business), and have a strong background in sales and business development. The candidate should also have technical background

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our polyurethane and other products;

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;

Develop and implement strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue;

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives;

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay abreast of industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders;

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage;

Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Material Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the polyurethane industry

Advanced technical knowledge in this industry

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong understanding of the polyurethane market in Colombia, Peru and Central America

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
