They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage and grow their client-facing team in Japan.

This is a senior-level role offering strong career progression and exposure to high-impact projects in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and regional leadership to drive productivity, enhance team performance, and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional leadership to shape strategy and implement operational improvements within the Japan client-facing team.
  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing front-line team to achieve commercial targets and enhance service quality.
  • Set, track, and review team KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Monitor call quality, review leads and performance, and provide regular feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Handle complex client inquiries and support senior stakeholders on high-priority cases.
  • Oversee new account openings, sales revenue generation, and the achievement of key retail objectives.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments on cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Champion compliance best practices and risk management procedures.


Job Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of team leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing a front-line sales or client-facing team.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese market, including knowledge of OTC products, local regulations, and banking/payment systems.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional-level English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and performance metrics in a results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial markets.
