Our client is an award-winning product company working successfully in the D2C and B2B workout tech spaces. To rev up the huge potential in the US market, we are seeking Business Development Manager to build the B2B channel.


The product boasts a sleek and beautiful design, unparalleled functionality, and very smart AI enabled adaptive technology.


For this greenfield role, the ideal candidate will be a proactive and energetic "doer" with a proven track record of generating new business and establishing strong partnerships.


Working closely with the brilliant founder, you will:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries, including Corporate Wellness, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Healthcare & Physical Therapy, among others.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and achieve Biz Dev and, ultimately, Sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s founder and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.


Requirements:


  • MUST: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle business development.
  • MUST: A proven track record of success in B2B Biz Dev.
  • MUST: A natural networker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST: Ability to leverage network/partnerships to increase B2B channels.
  • Be smart about business models and where value flows.
  • Charismatic, flexible, and scrappy with the ability to “sneak in” to tough rooms and make things happen.
  • ADVANTAGE: Technology & Digital Health experience.
