What you can help us with

As the Business Development Manager for Prepaid Forge, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. This role requires you to be proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage and motivate the rest of the organization to achieve our growth goals. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and category teams to develop strategies that position our products as the leading choice for businesses seeking prepaid solutions.


A selection of your daily activities

✅ Revenue and Margin growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives to grow sales and margins. Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

✅ Move PrepaidForge into the Loyalty & Rewards market: Generate leads and business in the fast growing loyalty and rewards market.

✅ Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target companies.

✅ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, adapting strategies as necessary.

✅ Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights into performance metrics, pipeline health, and opportunities for improvement.

✅ Client Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze client feedback, collaborating with product development to ensure offerings meet client needs.

What you bring to the table

5+ years in sales, preferably in prepaid solutions, fintech, online gaming or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; University (WO) degree is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software.

Knowledge of payment technologies and how they integrate into broader fintech ecosystems is a plus.

Strong network within the payments or finance industry is a plus.
