About the Role:As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Founder / CEO by driving both sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and fostering partnerships to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will spearhead marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders across digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn. This includes developing and executing content strategies, nurturing professional networks, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Drive revenue growth by executing a consultative sales approach that focuses on understanding school needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Expand Edvance’s presence in the K–12 and enrichment centre space by converting high-potential leads into long-term school partners.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers — including school owners, principals, and finance leads — to drive account expansion and long-term engagement.
- Maintain a high-conversion sales pipeline by prioritizing high-impact opportunities, leveraging CRM tools to track performance and continuously optimize the sales process.
- Shorten onboarding timelines and accelerate school activation by working closely with Operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Edvance’s overall revenue growth.
Marketing- Increase brand visibility and inbound lead generation by executing targeted digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Position Edvance as a thought leader in the EdTech space through content marketing, campaign execution, and engagement with education networks.
- Improve marketing ROI by tracking key performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
- Keep Edvance ahead of market trends by identifying and testing new digital marketing opportunities and tools.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management- Strengthen Edvance’s reputation and influence by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the education ecosystem.
- Represent Edvance at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to grow the brand and open doors to strategic partnerships.
- Deliver actionable insights to the leadership team by reporting on sales and marketing performance, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Job Requirements
- Sales & Marketing Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or marketing (EdTech or fintech experience is a plus).
- Digital Marketing Skills: Solid grasp of LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- CRM & Analytics: Comfortable using CRM tools and a data-driven approach to track and optimize sales and marketing performance.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Strategic & Independent: Able to craft and execute integrated go-to-market strategies while working autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Specialized training in media, marketing, or EdTech is a plus.
