As a Business Development Manager with this fast-growing Biotech company, you will have the support and development needed to build on your natural confidence and excellent communication skills. You will lead on outreach and marketing initiatives to prospective customers to build brand awareness and develop commercial scientific solutions. A key aspect of the role is to explore and secure business partnerships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop your academic and commercial business skills
• Lead outreach to prospective customers
• Manage negotiations and secure new contracts
• Support marketing and brand awareness campaigns
• Attend trade shows and relevant conferences

Skills and Experience

• PhD in a biopharmaceutical or related science
• Understanding and strong interest in biopharmaceutical science and business
• Confidence and ability to engage with scientists and business leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel
