As a Business Development Manager you will serve the development of new clients in major markets throughout North America. Showcore designs, develops, and executes hundreds of live event projects each year, all around the world. Our client retention is unmatched due to the consistent focus on client experience.
Having the ability to understand how to lead and interpret the client’s vision while supporting their event goals is critical. You will be responsible for showcasing our incredible team while developing new markets and client relationships. You must be confident in your abilities to communicate with clients, understand how creative ideas and event technologies coexist, and be comfortable leading clients through the development of their most important events.

- Proficient and confident in your ability to speak to fortune level clients
- Proficient in Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote

Responsibilities:
- Exceed growth targets
- Develop new markets
- Manage client data accurately
- Own client development and onboarding
- Lead direct client engagements and pitches
- Provide creative direction, execution, and design solutions for large-scale events
- Handle RFP reviews and responses
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed appropriately
- Travel (sometimes for extended periods of time)
- Manage and build ongoing relationships with existing and new clients
- Work alongside some of the best live event professionals in the industry
- Understand and cater to different personality types and client objectives
- Anticipate client needs before they arise
- Maintain quality standards under pressure
