Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience who has previously worked for a real estate developer. Your focus will be to build partnerships with brokerages and sales agencies to promote and sell REEF’s project inventory across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate brokerages and channel partners
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies in Dubai and key international markets
• Provide sales kits, availability updates, and promotional material to partners
• Coordinate project launches, briefings, and agency activations
• Monitor agency performance, provide reporting, and handle commission agreements
• Represent REEF at expos, broker meetings, and industry events
• Identify new B2B opportunities and expand brokerage reach

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business development within real estate
• Prior experience working for or closely with a real estate developer
• UAE-based with a strong network of brokers and sales partners
• Confident presenter with strong sales and negotiation skills
• Familiar with off-plan sales cycles and commission structures
• Available to attend interviews this week
