PFM Fleet Service is looking for a driven and outgoing
Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and bring our industry-leading fleet services to even more businesses across Ohio.

About The Role
You’ll be the front line for new customer acquisition, building relationships, setting appointments, and working closely with our leadership and service teams to drive revenue. You’ll also take the lead in managing our social media presence to help build brand awareness and connect with our audience.
Previous sales experience is required — bonus points if you have experience acquiring fleet accounts (fuel sales, GPS tracking, service, etc.).
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with
real potential for internal growth into senior sales and management positions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage leads, follow up consistently, and close appointments.
- Represent PFM’s services with professionalism, energy, and pride.
- Manage and create content for PFM Fleet Service’s social media channels.
- Work with leadership to hit growth targets and celebrate big wins.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with social media management (posting, engagement, brand building).
- Self-motivated with a positive, winning attitude.
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
