Summary

Job Role : We are looking for an ambitious and energetic professional for the role of Senior Manager for Business Development, to help us take our platform based offerings to new clients and geographies. This is an exciting opportunity for early to mid career professionals who love the classic “business development” and want to build their career in the same. It involves problem solving, understanding internal and external context quickly and ability to sell - both to corporates and governments! Frequent domestic and international travel is a key part of this role. Ideal candidate is a graduate (MBA preferred) with 3-5 years of direct sales experience in SaaS/ IT services. Ability and temperament to take on business development targets, find new clients and grow with the existing clients, create and give impactful presentations, develop long term relationships are some of the key success factors for this role. Hunt new clients for product line(s)/ platform Grow business from existing clients as per plans/ projections Represent DataFlow in forums/ meetings / seminars aligned with responsibilities Deliver financial plans and goals for the business Requirements: Graduation in any field is required. MBA is preferred. Proven working experience in sales/ business development in SaaS or IT services - global experience preferred 3-5 years of total work experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Global mobility and willingness to travel extensively Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of a partner’s organisation Personal Characteristics: Confident, extrovert salesperson by nature You are self-aware and have a clear understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, motivations, and emotions. Growth mindset - ability and willingness to learn new skills Settle down quickly form relationships easily Fluent / Native English speaker and local language Fast learner - ability to grasp details quickly Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills You are a hustler by nature. You know when to be calm, and when to be assertive. You listen more than you speak. Key Accountabilities Own product line(s) - and be accountable for revenue growth Work closely with leadership, business, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to achieve product line/ client related objectives Build narratives and presentations in collaboration with leadership to expand and grow client portfolio Develop pricing/ commercial models and create revenue/ cost forecasts Research and identify new opportunities of existing products Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfil client requirements Develop market analysis and strategy to identify key opportunities for specific markets in partnership with cross-functional sales, growth, and product teams Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Yearly bonus Application Question(s): The office is located in Alabang.
