Position Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated individual to proactively source, identify, and secure opportunities with data centers looking to decommission and liquidate their hardware. This person will leverage networking, outreach, and relationship-building skills to grow our pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential data center clients preparing for hardware decommissioning.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking events, cold outreach, and industry research.
• Develop strong relationships with IT asset managers, facility managers, and executives.
• Clearly communicate Recycle Pro’s value proposition, emphasizing R2 certification, secure handling, and ITAD compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions in CRM software.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in IT, electronics recycling, or related industries.
• Experience or strong familiarity with data center operations or IT asset management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to self-manage, organize outreach effectively, and consistently meet performance targets.
• Existing network or relationships within the data center industry a significant plus.
