What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and regional companies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic outreach.
  • Partner with internal recruiters to deliver top-tier candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close deals and grow revenue.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the Columbus area.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Experience selling services in Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or HR verticals is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Columbus business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
