Business Development Manager (Hybrid – Germany)


We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to lead the expansion into new markets and establish long-term partnerships with prospective clients.

This hybrid role in Germany offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new markets, building relationships with potential customers, and creating tailored strategies to introduce our products to new regions.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in opening new markets.
  • Strong knowledge of market research methods and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in building partnerships and negotiating contracts with new clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales planning.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • A passion for exploring new markets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally, with no travel restrictions.
  • Adaptable and open to working in diverse cultural and business environments.
