Job Description

Business Development Manager – Western North Carolina

This is a remote role requiring candidates to live in Western North Carolina for effective territory coverage.

Company Overview

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in cost-effective, ADA-compliant infrastructure repair and asset management solutions for municipalities and private sector organizations. Our services include:

  • Precision Flowline – A patented process that has redefined the drainage improvement industry by mitigating ponding water on roadways rather than requiring roadway replacement.
  • Sidewalk Safety Solutions – A patented repair process for sidewalk trip hazards, ensuring compliance with ADA regulations rather than costly replacement methods.
  • ADA Services – Helping municipalities navigate the complexities of the ADA through ADA Transition Plans, Infrastructure Condition Studies, ADA Coordinator As A Service, and more.

We offer multiple services that can be leveraged and sold across all customer segments, providing more sales opportunities and multiple entry points to engage potential customers. We also have a long list of current customers that we work with on an annual basis. A significant focus for this role will be on maintaining and growing these customer accounts, particularly by identifying opportunities to implement our robust services and expand relationships. Our mission is to make communities safer and more accessible through innovative and efficient infrastructure solutions.
