The BDM will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Development for Asia Pacific as well as the heads of Banking and Capital Markets to manage, co-ordinate and advise on all marketing and business development related tasks and initiatives including drafting pitches, driving action plans, assisting with the development of client relationships, ideas generation and assisting with the development of client-facing and profile raising campaigns. Candidates: The team is looking for an energetic and commercial BD professional who will work alongside them to formulate and execute a growth strategy focusing on key clients, winning business, brand building and exploiting new growth areas. What is key is evidence of having won a voice with partners and using this to challenge and shape BD and marketing programmes.
