Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Hellonext for Romania and Bulgaria. The role will be located in Bucharest, Romania. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships in the sustainable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify and crush new business opportunities to expand our market share
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform our next moves
• Keep track of your successes and share them with the team
• Represent us like a true rockstar at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
• Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions and technologies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Understanding in emobility sector
• Think outside the box
• Goal oriented
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in a B2B industrial context
• Fluent in English
• A gift for communication and negotiation
• Bold attitude to directly phone call everyone in the world - from Bill Gates to Man-next-door
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• A willingness to travel (and enjoy as much as we do!)
• Experience in the EV market (especially in charging infrastructure) is a nice plus
• CRM usage experience is mandatory! If it's not registered, it's not happening
