Business Development Manager - Locum Division
GHR Healthcare is a long-standing leader in the healthcare staffing and recruitment industry having been local to the Greater Philadelphia Region for the last 31 years. Currently, GHR is in rapid growth mode and as a result, we are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to join our GHR Locums Division!
This is an exciting, fast-paced environment that would be ideal for a goal-oriented, driven individual who has excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Our Search Consultants and Recruiters will work tirelessly to fill the open positions brought in by the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities for business development and territory expansion within a variety of Healthcare settings including Hospitals, Outpatient Centers, Long Term Care Facilities, Home Health, Physician Practices, Surgery Centers, Behavioral Health Facilities, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Call Centers, Dental Practices and more
* Establish a linkage between the customer's business strategy and GHR's capabilities
* Track, monitor and report on all lead generation activities
* Successfully negotiate contracts
* Utilize multiple avenues of business development including cold calls, referrals and headhunts
Qualifications:
* 2 years of Business Development Experience within a staffing or contingency search firm environment, required
* Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
* Proven Business Development experience in a Healthcare environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral
* Proficient in organizational skills and computer skills
* Experience with social networking sites and job posting sites
