Main Responsabilities

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in the food transport sector, focusing on strategic clients and key accounts.
  • Create and execute commercial development plans focused on client portfolio expansion.
  • Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events to identify prospects and strengthen brand presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage and update client and prospect information in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and usefulness.
  • Analyze commercial and performance metrics through dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for the commercial director with relevant data on progress and achieved results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tenders and Pricing teams to ensure competitive and client-focused commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure proposed solutions are viable and effective.
  • Gather feedback from clients about the services provided and relay it to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

What do we expect about you?

  • Over 5 years of experience in the road freight transport sector
  • An advanced level of English and German is required, with Dutch and Spanish being an asset.
  • Decisive approach, with leadership and decision-making skills
