Location: Spain, Portugal, Cyprus or Remote

Type: Full-time


What You’ll Do


  • Own the full sales cycle to meet quarterly ARR targets
  • Close deals in software development, gaming and edtech across US, EU, MENA, LATAM and APAC
  • Conduct market research to identify new verticals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of your key accounts
  • Lead go-to-market launches in priority regions


Requirements


  • 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development (fintech/SaaS a plus)
  • Proven track record closing €100K+ deals and expanding accounts
  • Strong analytical skills; KPI-driven
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Strategic, results-driven mindset
