Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and corporate entities. Your strategic mindset and excellent communication skills will help drive our growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential B2B partners within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and training organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive B2B business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets, utilizing market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective partners, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and establish connections within the education sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on progress against targets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
