Location: East Anglia/South East Regions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: £35k base salary + car allowance + uncapped commission

Role Overview
This is a new business development role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition. We need someone who thrives on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage potential clients and build strong relationships
- Sales Execution: Present and sell fleet management solutions tailored to client needs
- Market Expansion: Drive brand awareness and establish Autoserve’s presence across East Anglia
- Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years in field sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning new business
- Skills: Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport and close deals
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential
