With deep offshore delivery capabilities through our India-based teams, we specialize in custom software development, digital transformation, enterprise mobility, and platform integration. We're looking to expand our U.S. presence and are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead this growth.


Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and grow P99Soft Inc.'s market presence in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT services space, experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients, and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industry verticals (e.g., technology, healthcare, fintech, retail, manufacturing).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers in IT, procurement, and business teams.
  • Represent P99Soft Inc. in client discussions, pitches, and proposal presentations.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams in India to scope, structure, and present solutions that align with client needs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for specific service offerings (e.g., app modernization, AI/ML integration, DevOps, testing services).
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Prepare business cases, RFP responses, and contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasting, and business trends to leadership.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT services/consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual sales and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong network in the U.S Tech Ecosystem or verticals we serve.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup-like environment.
  • Experience working with offshore teams or global delivery models is a plus.
  • Looking for a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder.
