This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager / ASM / RM-IT Solutions Sales (BFSI & Enterprise) located in New Delhi. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive IT solutions sales within the BFSI and enterprise sectors. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting market research, and presenting innovative IT solutions to meet client needs. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and achieving sales targets.

• Business development and sales skills within the BFSI and enterprise sectors
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cyber-security
• Experience in market research and client relationship management
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience in IT solutions sales, especially within the BFSI sector, is preferred
