Artech, the largest woman-owned staffing agency in the U.S., is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in support of our industry's rapidly changing short-and-long term initiatives and staffing requirements.

Job Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short- and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.

Duties include the following:

• Secure new business opportunities.
• Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).
• Establish relationships with client decision makers.
• Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
• Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
• Managing the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
• Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree, plus at least 3 year of work experience in agency recruitments within a fast paced work environment
• Customer Service experience- client facing, sales roles a huge plus
• Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong networking and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
