A leading distributor/supplier of Aroma Ingredients for last 30 years with top management having industry lineage of over 50 years. The company has been successfully servicing over 500 customers across India and have product list of over 1000 ingredients.
Designation: Sales Head - Aroma Ingredients
Qualification - B.Sc. In Chemistry
Relevant industry – Aromatic Chemicals, Fragrance and Flavour Ingredients and Essential Oils.
Experience : 5+ years of relevant industry experience with Aromatic Chemicals industry
Job Requirements
- To handle customers located in the designated geographic region - Enquiry generation (for chemical & fragrance division) to order execution; after sales services.
- To deliver continuous improvement for the betterment of the customer.
- Actively & successfully manage the sales process.
- Translate & validate the business requirement in process requirement.
- Do sampling for new product development or as per customer brief follow up for the Approval.
- Coordinated with team, For Exiting /Approved product get forecast order, plan with production team & dispatched the finished product as per schedule.
- Keep liaison with customers to get orders, discuss with the production team & dispatch the goods as per requirements.
- Prepare daily office work / weekly client visit plan to achieve monthly targets.
- As per inquiry replied to quotations, followed up to get orders.
- Co-ordinated with agents / Distributors for bulk order & try to get market price for our references.
- 15 days client visit plan (business tour) 15 days do follow up for order/ sample approval status/ force cast requirement conformation.
- Managing customer complaints.
Required Experience
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry or Science related Major
- Excellent olfactive capabilities (candidates will be required to complete internal smelling test)
- At least 7+ years of industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with all levels within the organization
- Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented
- Creative mind; able to come up with new ideas and concepts which are practical to implement
- Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets
- Can motivate, develop and manage/mentor others
- Focused on execution and strategic thinking
