About the Company

Anywatt is a fast-growing firm specializing in the placement and management of high-tech equipment in commercial and industrial facilities across Spain. Our mission is to ensure the most efficient and reliable integration of equipment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate commercial spaces for equipment installation
  • Negotiate terms with property owners and tenants
  • Draft, review and manage lease and service agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, installation, technical support) to deliver projects on time
  • Monitor contract compliance and KPIs for each site

Requirements

  • Strong technical literacy and understanding of equipment specifications
  • Native or advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in commercial negotiations and contract management
  • Result-oriented mindset, initiative and accountability
  • Valid work authorization for Spain
  • Willingness to travel within the Alicante and Valencia provinces
