Job Description


Drive predictable revenue growth by winning new clients and expanding existing accounts while serving as the supervisor of client engagement who monitors delivery teams, safeguards client satisfaction, and provides the CEO with clear, data‑driven status reports.

Responsibilities:


📌 New Business Generation:

• Own the full BD cycle: targeting, outreach, proposal, negotiation, close.

• Success Indicator (90-Day): ≥ 3 new signed clients with $XXX in new ARR.


📌 Account Expansion:

• Map client organizations, identify upsell/cross‑sell.

• Success Indicator (90-Day): ≥ 1 expansion per key account.


📌 Client Engagement Oversight:

• Lead weekly “pulse” meetings with junior client‑facing team; track deliverables, blockers, client satisfaction (NPS).

• Success Indicator (90-Day): Client NPS ≥ 8/10


📌 Project Management & Reporting:

• Build lightweight dashboards (HubSpot, similar, of custom) showing pipeline health and project status.

• Deliver weekly report to CEO with red/amber/green flags and recommended actions.

• Success Indicator (90-Day): Reports delivered on time; zero “surprise” escalations.


📌 Process & Capability Building:

• Mentor junior team—deal structuring, client communications, time management.

• Standardize BD playbooks, proposal templates, and QBR decks.

• Success Indicator (90-Day): Playbooks rolled out


Requirements:


Experience: 5+ years in B2B business development or account management within tech, digital consulting, or venture‑building environments; 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams or projects.

Track Record: Demonstrable history of landing mid‑ to large‑ticket deals (USD 25k – 500K) and growing accounts.

Tools: Fluency with modern CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), project tracking (Asana/ClickUp/Jira), and data visualization (Looker/Power BI/Google Data Studio).

Methodologies: Familiar with solution selling, and basic agile project management.

Communication: Excellent written & spoken English & Turkish
