Summary

Aesthetic Sales - Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery


We are currently partnering with a start up with Series A funding that will create a new category for the aesthetics industry.


You must have strong contracts in the NYC Metro area with elite dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and plastic surgeons.


This is a new business development role within a defined territory, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections in the aesthetic space. You will manage a set of accounts that have been established but your goal is to drive new adoption of this post surgical application on the skin.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 5-10+ years of experience specifically targeting plastic and cosmetic surgeons
  • New product launch experience
  • Strong documentation of sales performance (over 100%, P Club, Awards)
  • Must have longevity in positions
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Cooper)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts/projects
  • Ability to travel within the territory, some overnights


Offering:


  • Base Salary (based on experience) with uncapped commissions from dollar 1
  • Monthly and Quarterly Commissions up to 10%
