As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the end-to-end sales process. You will work closely with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful execution of agreements. Your ability to conduct market research, track prospects, and manage strategic partnerships will be key to growing X-Bow Systems' presence in the defense, government, and space sectors.
Experience in propulsion systems for weapons and/or space vehicles is a preferred, solid propellant experience is ideal.
Full-up weapon system and/or flight vehicle experience is preferred.
7-10+ years of experience preferred.
This position is remote, but candidates must be based in New Mexico, Texas, Florida (Eglin AFB area preferred), Washington DC, or Alabama (Huntsville, AL preferred) to align with business needs.
