Responsibilities:
* Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
* Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
* Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment
* Report activity on a regular basis in CRM system
Qualifications:
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must have previous sales experience
* Experience within the staffing industry or recruitment is preferred
* Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred but not required
* Previous experience working with an ATS is a plus
* Previous experience with CRM is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
