Summary

We are offering a 6-month internship in business development that can be converted into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, emailing, referrals, social channels, etc.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch our offerings.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads to ensure engagement and drive conversions.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and founding team to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities—lead tracking, meeting notes, and reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of experience in business development or sales.
  • Location: Based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, or Pune.
  • Education: Graduate minimum; MBA preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver tailored, engaging presentations.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to meet targets.
