Role Overview:


We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Intern to help us scale our client base. The candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating new business leads for our video production services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients across industries who require video content from brands, startups, marketing agencies, corporates, etc.
  • Prospecting: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, and industry directories to reach out to relevant decision-makers.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact through emails, cold calls, and DMS with compelling pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Follow-ups: Track leads through the sales funnel, maintain regular follow-ups, and set up meetings for the sales or creative team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with trends in video marketing and analyse competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with creative and sales teams to build custom proposals and pitch decks when needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Monthly stipend
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
  • A keen interest in media, marketing, and storytelling is a big plus.
