Job Description

1. Follow up with leads generated by the Digital Marketing team through timely and professional communication.
2. Schedule and conduct video calls with potential customers to understand their learning goals and present appropriate course offerings.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of the platforms courses and unique selling points to effectively pitch to different audiences.
4. Build strong relationships with prospects, addressing objections and providing personalized solutions.
5. Track and update all customer interactions and statuses in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize the lead conversion process.
7. Provide feedback to marketing teams based on customer interactions to improve campaigns and messaging.
8. Meet weekly or monthly conversion targets and KPIs set by the manager.

Eligibility

Background: Business administration

Minimum Study Level: Bachelor

Language Proficiency: English

Skills Required: Negotiation , Communication

Salary: 25,000 INR  (88,000 LKR)
