Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities 1 Identify, develop and secure business opportunities for the respective BU; generate qualified leads to meet BDE KPI. 2 Understand capability, have good sense of customer demand, and then work with operations and BD team to develop project management solution for customers. 3 Deliver effective presentations to maintain customer attention, leave a powerful impression and to manage their expectations with the aim of building trustworthy professional image. 4 Identify and develop potential clients and client relationships by attracting, retaining and enhancing the relationship through proactive CRM to form a base of committed clients. 5 Establish and develop BD channels; Assess the effectiveness of channels and ensure that efforts are focused on using the appropriate channels for the agreed BU targets, whether they are in terms of secured income or strategic development. 6 Assist BU Manager and BDM to develop business plans, strategies and BD materials in line with customer requirements. 7 Assist BU manager in the recruitment and supervision of interns to ensure qualified leads generation by deploying the database information and the telephone marketing. 8 Organize and/or support the BDM in promotional activities to build company brand and enhance sales growth with assigned BU. 9 Proactively participate in periodic BD meetings as required from time to time to ensure common approaches across teams offices, liaison and coordination with others in the company in respect of active clients and opportunities, adoption. 10 Coordinate with BDM and BD Interns in the updating and management of the database to ensure accurate information at all times. Requirements: 1 Marketing, commercial or business related major Engineering or construction related training is highly encouraged. 2 Full professional use of English, knowledge of other languages like German, French is suggested. 3 At least 2 years working experience in business development or a related sector. Sales or marketing background/experience preferable. 4 High degree of computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft Office including Word. 5 Proven team player who can also work on own initiative to plan and manage own workload. 6 Business understanding is beneficial.
