Business Development Leader – Strategic Accounts


A top-tier $200M+ HVAC/hydronic systems provider is hiring a high-impact Business Development Leader to target enterprise-level end users — data centers, pharma, advanced manufacturing, tech campuses, and more.


If you’ve sold into large accounts and know how to build high-value, long-term relationships at the decision-maker level — this is your lane.


What You’ll Do:


  • Sell complex HVAC/hydronic solutions: chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, pumps


  • Own and grow strategic relationships with major clients


  • Work directly with the end user (not through reps)


  • Run your territory with full autonomy and backing


Compensation:


💰 $165K–$185K base


💸 Uncapped commissions + equity


💼 $300K+ W-2 potential based on performance
