Summary

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including corporate leaders, CEOs, government officials, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Address client concerns swiftly and professionally to uphold trust and credibility.

Lead Generation

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Actively seek potential collaborations with government entities, private organizations, and relevant stakeholders.

Sales Meetings

  • Organize and conduct sales meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Understand client needs and present customized solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

Strategic Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Contribute to the expansion of sales channels and innovative business models for increased growth.

Product Presentation

  • Deliver impactful product presentations to diverse clients.
  • Mentor junior team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Market Expansion

  • Strengthen the company’s footprint in new and untapped markets.
  • Identify and establish partnerships to improve market reach and business opportunities.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to the management team.

Sales Targets & Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Implement best practices for pipeline management to sustain business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
  • Master’s degree (Preferred)

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Experience working with government clients, including bidding and tendering, is preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage high-value client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, e-procurement platforms, and government bidding procedures.
