Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in promoting InfoTroop’s services, onboarding partners, and driving customer acquisition for our AMC and IT support offerings across consumer and business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard partners such as IT professionals, training institutes, and hardware service providers.
• Sell InfoTroop’s ATS and IT services to B2B and B2C customers.
• Pitch business opportunities to potential partners.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures.
• Educate potential customers/partners on the benefits of InfoTroop's ecosystem.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing/Business/IT).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services, AMC, or software sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Passion for building relationships and networking.
Preferred:
• Experience in selling B2B services or Chanel Partners.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, AMC, or service platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
