Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Manpower & Outsourcing Solutions) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our manpower recruitment and outsourcing solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manpower staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and private sector companies.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client staffing requirements are met efficiently.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions to expand business reach.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferably in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or HR solutions).
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, recruitment processes, and outsourcing trends.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Arabic preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Existing network of corporate clients in KSA is a plus.
