Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech Industry
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping drive the company’s market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
• Maintain CRM systems and regularly update records of interactions and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally during client communications and negotiations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales; EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Mode:
• Remote / Hybrid (depending on candidate location and profile)
• Working Hours: Indian Standard Time business hours
